What we expect of new members

For those who want to be a part of MCC, this is what we expect:

Time with God
While Sunday services will provide a spiritual spike for the rest of your week, you are responsible for your own daily spiritual growth achieved during a daily quiet time with God. For many of us, this means starting our day with personal study in the scripture, and prayer. This is crucial for a healthy relationship with God and others.

Teaming up with others
Life is rarely fun doing it alone because we are wired for relationships. So, because MCC is a large church, it is important to be a part of a small fellowship group, called home groups. Here authentic relationships occur and your needs can be met through accountability and care. Click here for more information how to be involved.

Serving
God has given you a spiritual gift, which is for serving others to the glory of God. If you are unsure as to your gift, it's ok to experiment to find an area of service that is the right fit for you. It's more than likely that your gift is what you are passionate about. We encourage you to plug yourself into service consistent with your talents and passion.

Training
Everyone needs training and mentoring to serve better. We encourage mature Christians to train and mentor young believers in their faith and to get formal training through our own Bible College, Mueller College of Ministries.

Giving
MCC doesn't talk much about the uncomfortable topic of giving but it does cost to run a church and its ministries. God blesses those who are good stewards of what he has entrusted to them by following the Bible’s pattern of giving out of love and not pressure.
